What We Navigated
We have worked for over a decade supporting the board, staff and broader Victorian calisthenics community to strengthen connections, build capacity and find new ways forward.
Our work has included:
- Developing 3 x multi-year strategic plans that have seen the sport increase participation, develop new programs, strengthen their governance, improve their marketing capabilities, secure partnerships, build capacity within their club and community network
- Managing a full rebrand of the sport
- Stepping in as Acting CEO for a 5-month period
- Supporting and advising four CEO’s in strategy and communications
- Managing various strategic communication projects
- Facilitating workshops across the club and volunteer network (in person and online)
- Project Managing the creation of a 2-part TV series (This Is Calisthenics) during COVID
- Mentoring staff
