Meet Lisa + Chelsey
When you work with Hatrick you’re choosing a team of people whose values align and hearts connect. Lisa and Chelsey lead from a place of purpose combining their complimentary strengths, skills and experiences to listen deeply, respond to what is emerging in the moment, and deliver great outcomes whilst building quality connections and trust across your project and beyond.
Having worked together for over a decade, they attribute their successful business relationship to their shared values, their hopes for the future and their belief in the power of community, collaboration and connection to change the world.
If you haven’t met them yet, here’s a little about each of them:
Lisa Glassborow is a creative thinker, strategist and optimist, driven by a deep desire to help people and communities do and be better. With energy and curiosity, she supports groups to take the first steps in their journey, helping to create clarity across head, heart and hands …
She believes that greater connection, collaboration and contribution are the key ingredients to stronger and healthier communities who together, can tackle complex challenges and unearth possibilities for a brighter, more inclusive future.
Lisa’s values-led, strengths-based approach underpins her work as does her deep sense of gratitude for the many opportunities she has been gifted, listening to and learning from a range of people and communities across diverse sectors including Indigenous health, age and disability, sport, business, local government, community and youth.
With over 25 years’ professional experience, Lisa loves stakeholder consultation, strategic planning, marketing communications, branding, facilitation, and building capacity within Boards, teams and individuals. She takes an appreciative inquiry approach to support groups to discover what’s strong, dream of what’s possible and design a sustainable way forward so they can flourish and have lasting, positive impact.
Chelsey Cooper loves to sit in the space of the unknown; exploring complexity and polarity to discover new ways of thinking and acting. She believes we are best placed to discover possibilities when we engage in genuine conversation and inquiry with others by listening deeply and observing what we hear, see and feel …
Her north star is both people and the planet; finding ways we can create an equitable and compassionate place for us today, and into the future.
Chelsey’s professional work weaves her experience in communication, strategic planning, and facilitation together to help her clients co-design approaches which unearth identities, possibilities and action.
She’s worked in a variety of sectors in a wide range of roles in the USA and Australia, including stakeholder consultation, deliberative democratic engagement, capital campaign fundraising, community emergency management planning and education policy research, among others. She is an active student of Theory U, a change management framework which enables systems to let go of prevailing approaches based on the past, and focus on future solutions. She holds a Masters in Public Policy and Governance from the University of Washington, in the USA.
Our belief in collaboration runs deep. We are grateful to work with some amazing people doing great work to positively impact our world, including:
Hatrick (or Lisa and Chelsey) bring a vitality to the work they do. They're friendly, approachable and excellent listeners. They bring a sharp focus to their work that allows them to synthesise a range of information into a clearly defined outcome. It was rewarding to be part of the process and see the innovative and adaptive methods they used with all stakeholders. And the delivered product was more than just an outcome - it showed the pathway there and gave us tools and information that we can continue to draw on.
