What We Navigated
We facilitated the co-design of a 3-year Marketing Communication Strategy and Action Plan with the entire team at Glen Park CC for their Hungry4Success Social Enterprise.
We conducted client interviews to understand the situation from a customer perspective. We then crafted language for the group to consistently share their story, including a tag line, key messages and draft communications copy, identified three strategic pillars to guide their activities, and collectively developed a month-by-month action plan to keep them on track, with measures for success as well.
